Cindy Reichert-Brooks
RN, MSN, FNP-BC
I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hope College, graduating in 2004, and a Master of Science in Nursing from the of University of Michigan in 2008. In my role as a Primary Care Provider/Nurse Practitioner, I work closely with patients to evaluate their health, diagnose illnesses, and recommend appropriate treatments. My extensive knowledge of health and wellness has highlighted the crucial role of proper nutrition and physical activity in overall well-being. I firmly believe that prevention is key to achieving a longer, healthier life, and that focusing on nutrition, exercise, and mindset can greatly impact chronic health issues.
My journey took a significant turn when my youngest son was born with a severe food allergy, which led me to evaluate the ingredients in our food and ignited my passion for nutrition. Throughout my life, I have remained active and experimented with various fitness routines, currently enjoying running, hiking, cross-country skiing, strength training, and yoga. As a busy mom of three boys, married to a nurse, I understand that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is achievable and can help you feel youthful, strong, confident, and energetic. Let me support you on your wellness journey!
